Stainless cooling tube kits ??...

I found the best price, but... Are they all the same?.. Made in U.S ??... I am getting ready to buy a set of cooling tubes and I am having a radiator built for the car at a very good price. I will report on the radiator when it gets here and provide a photo. Are these tubes all the same? Is it one manufacturer building them? I intend on getting a standard set, not polished. Thanks for any help or advice...
