I've no experience of the Jet Hot or ceramic coatings. But coatings can deteriorate or be damaged.
Stainless steel exhausts should, if properly made, outlast the car.
One the stainless steel exhaust manufacturers here in the UK offers a lifetime guarantee.

I had one made over 10 years ago when I got sick of crawling under my Rapier to replace rusty exhausts every two or three years.

When my Pantera one finally dies (I've still got the factory original) I'm going stainless - it's fit and forget.
I called around west coast parts dealers three years ago looking for SS headers. If I recall, I found one shop that would do it but wanted around $1800 for the set. Then warned me that the fit would be questionable as they have not made them for year.

Look great, yes. Worth the money and hassle, questionable. I went with the hot coat.
I paid about $1800 dollars for my Rapier system.
This was a 2" tubular 4 into 2 in 1 with a single muffler with two 1.5" outlets, very much like the left side of the Pantera system.

It was worth it for me because I drove it all year round whatever the weather for nearly twenty years.

Compared to the cost of the mild steel header, 2 or 3 centre sections and back sections and all the hassle to change them in was a good investment.

For a Pantera used only in dry weather, it's probably not value for money. But you can polish the whole system from cylinder head to tail pipe Big Grin
I'm doing my home work... in my company we do SS piping work...but its not thin guage tubular...bending and the flanges and collectors are a specialty for some one set up to make headers. It wouldnt be impossible to make a set but a lot of time. If they were available... it would be cheaper for me to buy them. So I will keep my eyes open. O

Thanks for your onput guys.
