While cleaning out the new goose, I found the remnant of a state of the art alarm system. This is the audible alarm device . . . yes it's an actual bell!

I got just about as cheap on my car. I hooked up a hidden switch and relay to the dome light. Open the door and the horn goes off until you reset with the hidden switch. Total cost 5 bucks.

Now if the door switches were just reliable.

I use a hidden starter interrupt switch. Also a very cost effective deterrent. I wonder what everyone else does?

Mine has an ignition switch that you have to know how to turn it just right and I have a secret code on how many times to pump the gas pedal before she will start. If that isn't sophisticated enough, I have a special clutch pedal that only I am strong enough to depress.
