Here's the photo for what it's worth, I'n not sure you'll see too much of the detail. The Upper flare in the photo is a rear and the lower a front.

I unwrapped them and found one of the small sections is missing. But also offering them up to the car for a trial fit I see a) they are an extremely poor fit and don't even follow the body contour, so a lot of panel beating will be required as they are welded in place. b) Looking at the opposite side parts they are not exactly the same size or profile c) the front flare if placed at the natural body seam where the lower sections meet the upper then the top of the flare is about 2" above the hood fender line.

I assumed they would fit more or less and it would be a case of marking, cutting the existing fender and welding the flares in place, but if a lot of panel beating and the like is required I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it myself. So it's back to Larry tomorrow with them and discuss what the options are.

I'd be keen to know how anyone else who has been through the conversion found the fit out of the box?
