It depends upon your driving style (hard street driving, track time, etc) and other components you may have (17" wheels with new sticky tires etc...).

I suggest at least the 7/8 rear bar (one size up from stock) with sphere bar mounts on the outer ends, and aluminum brackets on the inner frame mounts (be careful not to over-tighten / strip the stock bolt on the frame).

For the front, you can stay with the stock bar, but add the aluminum brackets on the inner mounts, and use the same sphere bar mounts on the A-arms.

Use urathane throughout.

I agree with Chuck. 7/8 in the rear and stock in the front. And don't over tighten anything, all the bushing bolts on the A-arms should be only tight enough to keep the slop out of the bushings (no side slop). The arms should be easy to lift up and down, with no swaybar connected. This way everything "works."
