Switch Blanks

Can anyone confirm something for me? The PO cut two holes in the dash for switches. I have since re-installed a center console and need to fill the holes. I know the vendors sell dummy switches, but I would prefer to use a blank instead. I have read here that early '70s MGs used the same switches and they do sell blanks for them. Has anyone tried them? Am I correct that early MGs use the same switches? Thanks.

The bottom switch on my center console is a switch (not a dummy) and it's blank. Your best bet is to check with the vendors for blanks.

Thanks - Yes, the bottom switch in most post '71 cars is just to fill the hole. Originally, I think it was tied to one of the cooling fans or something.

What I am looking for is something that will fill the two holes in the dash and I would rather not use a non-functional switch assembly. I would prefer some sort of blank plate. I'm hoping someone can confirm that the MG B rocker switches are the same as the Pantera rocker switches.

Or in other words, a switch delete plate. Like we have for a radio - i.e. - radio delete plate.

I personally have not ever seen such an animal. But there are a LOT of things I haven't seen but I know exist.
