Has anyone seen another pantera with taillights like this? Driver side is normal passenger side is like this. The owner said it has been that way since he bought the car. I check part number and it clearly says Carello SAE 69

That is the normal European tail light. What is different on the other side.
That tail light is missing the glued on reflector.

Okay thanks Larry I didn't realize the reflector glues on. I'll order a new taillight m...Appreciate it!
Don’t buy anything yet. I may have an extra reflector.

I have the same thing but on the driver side. I am thinking about using the clear for a backup camera.

Just for an insight..EU vs US
Europe cars did and still require a RED reflector on both sides at the rear.
So easy to fix.
IN Europe no need for the bulky 4 side Position lights..so the car looks nicer
Even modern cars exported to US well now much more in design style have the US position lights.
