I have gotten reports of members having trouble logging on. This was often a difficult problem to troubleshoot for me. I usually got the problem solved. Recently, I was blocked from accessing the BB myself, even though I am the administrator and never had this problem since 1996. I use Mozilla Firefox as a browser which has some really good security features. When I changed back to Internet Explorer, I had no similar problem. If use use Firefox, this may happen to you as well. Thanks for participating in this community. Dave

Dave,
I've used Mozilla Firefox for quite awhile. There were a couple times a while back that I could not sign on. But recently, no problems!
