Does any body know where to get oversized Thrust bearing. The socalled Max-Flanke Bearing, for use when crank has been damaged by clutch pressure. I dont think King Bearings makes them anymore.

There is also an oiling mod where you drill a .060” hole and feed pressurized oil to the thrust bearing.
Perhaps Bosswrench will come along with a more complete discussion…. I did it to my engine, but that was a while ago, and I don’t have the specifics immediately at hand….

Yes Rocky, it was lack of oil that started to eat the Thrust bearing face, and more worse the crank. Everything else inside is as new, only too much end play.
