In front, on an 8" Campy, a 245-50-x15 Goodyear fits (barely) my '72 L with no spring spacers. There are multiple small interferences:
1)- roll the femder lips
2)- at full lock L, the left tire's inner edge touches the cowl drain pipe and a section of the inner fender near the brake hard line. At full RT lock, the left tire edge touches the lower fender near the radiator inner edge.
3)- The right tire has more clearance (Pantera frt suspension seems to be a bit asymmetric) but still touches near the brake hard line and the lower inner fender near the radiator. A few minutes work with a 2-lb ball-peen hammer creates enough clearance in all mentioned areas. Be sure you test with a full load of fuel & 2 people in the car, touching the brakes in tight turns to simulate worst-case conditions. Note- factory GTS flairs don't help 'cause they didn't trim the metal fenders underneath- cosmetic only.
