transaxle rear mount torque specs

ZF was removed recently. I noticed the two aft rubber bushings/mounts torque is different. One is overly bulging and the other is appears normal.
What is the correct torque specification for the rear mounts?

If the rubber is cracked looking should they be replaced.

The shifting is stiff going from 1st to 2nd and I have tried everything and noticed the above scenario today.

I stand corrected. The rubber bushings referred to in the previous message are located underneath the single rear mount.
