ufo-lowI really DO need a bigger hammer!

I was using two small screwdrivers to pry up the lip on the edge of the trim, walking them along maybe only a mm at a time. I got three pieces off that way, but it wasn't easy. Bent the fourth one quite badly, so thought I should ask if there is a better way. Suggestions? Rodney

I was recently able to do it with a stiff putty knife...no problems.

Question is, just how difficult is it to go back on without bending and such? That is the ONLY pieces left on my car, I chickened out, was afraid of mangling them.

Mine are slightly mangled. I need to post pics. It would be great if someone knew a way to fix the screwdriver-bent lips.

I think I'd try a putty knife if I was removing trim, going slow and carefully!!!!

I used a putty knife, it wasn't easy but they did come off. Not sure how they will go back on.

The ones I removed with a putty knife went back on easily with rubber mallet, thankfully, I was worried about it too.
