Hello everyone. I recently purchased Bobby Kelly’s beautifully restored 1972 Pantera (#3922). I can’t tell from the photos of that car however, there may already have the mounts in place. In the event that it doesn’t, can anyone tell me where I can find these mounting brackets?

Jeff, a '72 does not have the signal lights mounted in pods below the bumper(s), the way later Pantera's do. Your signal lights are mounted in the bumperettes.
Thanks for the reply David. I understand that but I’m wanting to replace the original bumperrets with carbon fiber bumperrets and move the lights behind the grill.
What you’re describing are custom turn signal lights, as no Pantera’s came from the factory that way. That being said, I’ve seen it done. Perhaps Larry F. will chime in here. I have a feeling he’ll be able to offer some advice.
