Two master cyls or one

Wilwood does not make any specific setups for the Pantera; not that you couldn't adapt them. In fact they make nothing specifically for boosted circuits.

However what is real common and well known in the Pantera is the CNC dual line MC. Part number is #243. Several of the Pantera vendors sell them. I have one in mine of course there is plenty of room in the front trunk for it. It's a common set up.

When I got my car it was not adjusted. As I would come to a stop the front tires would skid but the car would not slow. I spent some time adjusted it and it was very easy to do. It really shows how important balanced brakes are. It made the difference between skidding the front tires and planting you in the windshield. Awesome set up!

There was no shuttle valve on mine. The car was originally done by Hal but I think the dual MC was done by Denis Q. I had only a little time to mess with it before I tore the car down. It was surprisingly easy to adjust and tune.

The advantage of a balance bar over a proportioning valve is there are no restrictions in the system.

CNC is a very interesting set up. still using the booster. the wilwood setup is very similar but manual brakes and yes it will take some mods to put the clutch master on the right side like the original. the whole Q is with a greater pedal ratio and no booster, how would my brakes be. also i have volvo 4 piston calipers in the rear. 1.5" pistons x 4. no E brake capability. I use a hyd line lock, manual control with a lever not a push and hold type. Larry
