Can anyone identify this yellow Pantera with an unusual rear wing?

I recently received this photo of 4070 (Blue + Orange).
I suspect this photo was taken around 2008, and in Florida.
Take a look at the 2nd yellow Pantera in the background, (farthest).

That has to be a rather unusual rear wing/spoiler, with two levels.
(It is not 4853).

Florida has over 200 cars 'registered', and I think I've toured all the Yellow Panteras, without finding a match.

Anyone know this yellow Pantera or the rear spoiler/wing ?

Looks like a fast and furious wing for a Japanese car. There were some wings on the market which looks close to that.
