You are supposed to jack the rear end up in the air so that the rear tires are completely off the ground. Then you loosen the turn buckle and just let the weight of the wheels pull it out in a free resting position. After awhile you snug up the turn buckle, snug, not to where it pushes it out even further. Then let the car back down and it is in it's proper position. Easy as pie. I did mine and it realy does ride better when the upper arms are located where they were meant to be. Smiler
