Upper Door Panel Clips

I need to replace the 3 plastic clips on the top inside of my door panels on my '71. The panel pulls away from the window trim because the clips will not hold in the holes in the door. First question, which may sound silly, is how do they come out? I can move and twist them, but cannot get them to slide out. Second question is if I can get them out, does anyone carry a replacement or better part? Thanks for the help.
