In the April issue of Hemmings Sports & Exotic Car magazine there is this small article under the headline of auction news.
" The thunder in the desert may be dying down after the $98 million frenzy at Barrett-Jackson, but the cars rumble on. Ford powered DeTomaso Panteras were $30,000 orphans for a long time, but the futuristic Tom Tjaarda-designed lines and substantial V-8 power have started to make converts, and good ones are now routinely around $50,000."
They mention the '71 GTS that sold for $45,360 at Barrett-Jackson auction recently.
