Didn't weigh them Charlie. I should have before they were mounted. But from picking up both the original wheel and these, there isn't much difference.

I figure running without the hood would make up for any difference there was if any.....:-)

Actually brother, I painted it the other day and it fish eyed on me. So I had to strip it and repaint it. Putting it on probably tomorrow.
Will post a couple of pictures of it when it on....

Thanks Marine. It will be a pleasure meeting you.
Semper Fi.

Now, if I can just get the others to post pictures of their wheels. Come on guys, they look great ! Share them !

Maybe someone else could weigh them before they mount their tires? Or better, weigh a stock campy with rubber and a Kodiak with rubber, since that would be the most meaningful measure.

I'm pretty well stocked with enough tires to last me several years now, but I'd always been willing to pay a certain premium to find those rare 15" tires in order to keep using my Campys because a) I like them and b) I was concerned about increasing sprung weight. If the weight difference is minimal, that would be one less concern...
For the money we paid Charlie, we could have not gotten a better quality or looking wheel as far as I am concerned. I have seen some of the wheels the others got, but they are working on getting them on their cars before posting pictures. Wait till you see those too.

>>Oh well. Sooner or later, I imagine everyone will end up changing rims. At least yours look great, and didn't cost you a kidney...[/QUOTE]
