Geeze Larry. I don't see how THAT could get out of hand. I have a firm grasp on the policy. I think there is plenty of heft to it.
Where do you sign that policy?
If you read carefully, you'll see the policy makes a couple of very good points.

I'll have to examine the policy more closely. There are a couple of really good points already made that I can see.

all the staff of the DTBB on what I fine job they are doing!
Sexual harassment is a big thing now days and is always
great to know that people are willing to go out of there way to
get on top of all important policies, especially this one.
One last thing can you post more harassment policies as this has
