Replacing brake booster and master, clutch master, trunk carpet and replacing broken clutch pedal return spring. I removed the 2 roll pins that are supposedly holding the clutch pedal on. Can’t get it to budge with lite persuasion and a little scared to just get the bigger hammer. What do I need to do?

I would soak it in penetrant for a day or two, then check it everyday with moderate taps with a hammer. You could also try using heat. I disassembled two in the last year, one came apart without an issue, the other one wouldn't give up the roll pins. After trying to drill them out and busting a drill bit off through the center, I threw in the towel and took it to a pro.
Stewb, I had the same problem. I could not hammer out the pin and something would be destroyed if I continued. I switched tactics and used a good vise and small sockets to press out the pin. It worked well for me.
Stewb, I read this again and now know you already have the pin out. Maybe clamp the clutch master actuating arm for the clutch master with a vice grips, add a bunch of heat from a mapp gas torch to the clutch pedal base where the pin was removed, and then try to break it loose. It should pivot and then the shaft will come out.
The clutch return spring can be installed without removing the pedal.
Thanks guys. I let it soak in pb blaster over night. I’ll put some heat on it and see what happens. And Larryw, I wish I had your level of wizardry to accomplish that! If I wasn’t wanting to take it all apart for a good cleaning I would inquire more that skill.

You can wind the clutch spring in position from underneath. We do 'em all the time, no need to remove the pedal assy to do that, but good idea to remove if you're doing everything.
