Sorry to post such a specific subject, but there's a yellow pushbutton in my town that has just popped up for sale.

Someone is flying in to see this car next week (so says the owner of a shop where it'll be PPi'd).

Given that the car has been off the road for several years, I'd be HAPPY to go take a look at it to give whomever the buyer is a "visual" to get you prepared.

Ha! I know enough to pretend I know more than I do! (Or something like that.)

Anyway, I've gotten a few PMs about this car, and to reduce answering the same thing a few times or forgetting to include something, I found a link on the car.

I DO NOT want to 'cast aspersions' on this car by my posts, but to make a prospect very aware that the info in the ad is quite dated. Like those girls we knew in college, some of 'em aint lookin that hot anymore.

The 'owner' as referred to in the ad is actually NOT the owner, but the person who restored the car in the mid 90's. The current owner purchased from him approximately 15 years ago.

There is EVERY CHANCE this car has been well-tended in the 15+ years since this ad was originally written, yet a prudent buyer wants relevant history PLUS current condition.

Happy to assist if needed.
