Rocky perhaps has not, but i have. Top notch work. I'm not sure if he's still doing restoration/repair work though. I'm sure he'll chime in. He's located about an hour NW of Baltimore.
Ron is a true Pantera specialist. He builds complete cars. Guy is a total stud. But in Baltimore area.
