RE- "not fitting". I've seen a few Panteras in which the indented area for a license plate is a different size than normal, with no sign of crash repair, and one in which the plate indent was offset towards the left (drivers) side substantially. So what size is the indented area on your car?

This is a GT5S with the later wider European rear valance panel, the license plate lights are very different than the Ford era cars.

Yes I bought a set Carello's from Mike Mayberry , thay are the same .

Thanks for the feedback. I already tried Roland and Willi, unfortunately no luck. Here a photo where you can see the difference between the Carellos and my one. The black one is much thinner than the Carello version. May somebody can help

Since you seem to have something specific in mind do you have a description and/or a photo of them?

Marc's last posting indicated he was no longer seeking a specific brand.

My suggestion for the Italian eBay will very likely allow him to find something workable now that he is not brand specific.

Hi Larry,

first of all thanks for your support. Really appreciate it. Meanhwile I was on an oddysee for the last days. I went to a Maserati dealer, also chattted with friends from Italy to find some old OEM lights. No chance. Most of the Carellos who may fit and circle currently in the Internet are made of plastic. This is incl. also the rear clip as well which brings me to another problem due to the gap between clip and metal sheet.
Anyway - OLSA was an aftermarket manufacturer (Carello and Altissimo)and that refelcts into the quality.
So fact is that I am still looking for a pair of OEM License plate ligths with metal clip and for sure from Carello & Co.

Still looking for a pair - doesn't matter what brand. I've learned that the pre ones (small us specs) still existing but my version has been more or less disappeared. I am curious if may the version of the GTS will fit. The look is another topic.
