Has anybody seen the XXX movie, State of the Union yet? If so, were there any Panteras shown or did they end up on the cutting room floor? Let us know what you saw and what you think. DA

I saw the movie, and saw the making of the movie; I think on discovery. Never saw a Pantera (doesn't mean there wasn't one). I was looking for one in the garage. One would have to get the tape and re-wind it a couple times to see if there was one in the background.
It was good escapism but that's about it. The movie was more like a cartoon then an action film. I won't "slam" the movie because it was total escapism without a single realistic scene.

i saw this movie last night and can defintely confirm that there are no panteras in it.
the film does have a cool car factor though.
mostly all fords. mustang gtr, gt40s, 69 fastback mustang and the concept shelby in a ridiculously crazy high speed chase/crash scene.
i'm actually glad they didn't use a cat for that.

The Shelby concetp is a movie car. They made a fiberglass mold of the real one, made a basic chassi and put in a crate motor. The passenger doors don't even open.
