This would be great for a really light weight P-car. It weighs just under two-hundred pounds.

I would imagine somewhere around like an Audi R8, only not as loud.

I think this would be a great engine transplant into a Vallelunga. Anybody have one all apart? I'd love to measure and photograph the chassis and splash a mold or two off the body.

I played the mp3 - sounds just like a Suzuki Hayabusa doing a burn-out!
I don't think it would sound right for a Pantera - that should sound more like 4 Harleys than 2 Suzukis

That guy driving the ring wasn't a very safe driver. He ran up on the curb a couple of times. I wouldn't want to ride with him.

This engine has a flat plane crank, which means it will "whine" like a formula 1 car or a Ferrari. Cross plane cranks like those found on American V8s dictate an irregular firing order and create the burbling exhaust note everyone loves.
Notice the engine is warranted only 30 hours between rebuilds, pure racing stuff.
