What kind of tag is this?

As this is my first post to the forum i will like to say hi to you all,and thank you for all the help i allready had from looking into the forums postings.Yesterday i also received the PI magazine SmilerGREAT stuff!
On one of our panteras,#2293 bought from Arizona 4 years ago,there is a metal plate popriveted to the enginebay,next to the engine tune up and emission info plate.On the plate it is stamped "LOMA PRIETA PANTERA 353-3848" Anyone knowing what it is?I try to attach a picture of it to.Thanks.

That's correct, although I don't think he's in business anymore. I've seen those tags riveted to a couple of Panteras. Someone better watch out if they try to rivet any crap like that to MY car!!!
