I don't know what a trinary is. I tried to run a high pressure cut off switch. I purchased a switch that would open the circut to the compressor over 275 psi. It was not high enough, It should have been higher than the system operating pressure that is around 325-350 psi..I have since removed the switch and let is cycle soley on the thermotst that sticks into the evaporator. What is the trinay switches function?
Makes sense. I have a dash mounted switch that enables the compressor and runs the condenser fan(s) continusly. Only the compressor comes in and out with the thrmostat. I guess the only way i will know if the pressure is too high...a blown hose..or too low, hot air coming from vents. Either way I think I can shut it down before I damage the compressor. I don't really want to think about that right now..if you know what I mean? The extra switches are just another place to have a leak IMHO..
