I just got done putting on a newly rebuilt brake booster which fixed a vacuum leak. The pedal is now much lower than the clutch pedal. I assume I just need to adjust the rod from the booster out. Brakes work fine, but the pedal is almost to the floor.

Question? Can you do this with the booster attached to the car or must you remove it? Any clue how much each turn gives you or just trial and error?

A different core was rebuilt. Could that have any bearing?

Thanks, Chip
