We're talking early '70's. The Mark I "pre face lift" Capri for sure. I know the ignition switch went through some changes after that and the UK turn signal switch is not the same as the German Capri switch (Pantera's had the German one).

But when the wheel splines may have changed, if they did, I can't say.

If you want to go the Capri wheel route again, which I think is a good route seldom used, I suggest you start looking at eBay UK. A British pound is approx. $1.80 USD.

I believe that it is a '70 Mercury Capri steering wheel.
I do know that the people at Lecarra had to buy a Pantera steering column to get the hub right.
Search ebay for that wheel. It does not come up very often.
I think that the Momo Jet will fit better the the Lecarra. There are two sizes 350mm and 320mm.
If you look at the wheel, the hub is off center by about an inch.
This essentially gives you more knee room like a D wheel does but with a round rim.
I'm sure that it could be adapted to the Lecarra hub without too much hassle.
I don't know what that steering wheel is LPB. It isn't the stock Pantera Capri wheel.
If you search Momo on the net you will find information on thier hubs.
I have a Lacarra and can measure for you.
Momo talks about different bolt hole patterns for the hub.
I think that the important issue would be that the wheel you put on at least have the same bolt hole diameter. Even if the bolt count is different, you could redrill the adapter to fit it.
I have a good stock Pantera wheel here. It is used but it isn't bad.
It doesn't have a cover pad to go with it.
If you are interested it is available.
I'm not going to reuse it.
