I think most of the answers are self defined in your post, I use the stock wide body widths and offsets to keep wheels positioned correctly in the fender, tire availability I have not found an issue.

There may only be one or two vendors that can offer a 10 spoke wide body campi clone, very few are 'correct' dimensions with a dished profile, more just a machined billet center. Larry Stock had Daryle at Kodiak Racing Wheels reproduce a true clone from a campi wheel, but those were never actually available as far as know. I'd pick up the phone call Larry, PIM and your other favorite vendors to see what they have available.

In that photo above the offset looks a lot deeper than the wheels on my 5S, although photos can be deceptive too. Just wondering how they worked out?

I initially thought that as well, but the eBay listing showed backspacing measurements consistent with them being an 11" wide wheel and not the typical GT5/5S 13" width.

That makes sense, so the inside of the wheels will just have less barrel so that the outside still sits flush with the fender. Shorter barrel on the inside musta made the outside look too big, but seems right.
