The blocks are easy to come by, they are constantly available on e-bay, Aus Ford Parts has the Aussie versions as Ron pointed out, they are reportedly made of a higher nickle content iron. The one gotcha with the Aussie blocks is that the later versions, equipped with Bosch distributors, had a smaller hole in the block for the distributor shaft. This will need to be opened up for your US distributor. The Aus Ford Parts guy (its either Phil or Lawrance) is an honest guy to do business with, as he will not sell a block that hasn't been sonic checked. I find this very refreshing.

Closer to where you live, Jerry Sacket & Dave Adler may have something for you at PI Motorsports. If not, you may check with Ford Performance Solutions in Anaheim to see what they have on the shelf.

There may finally be a heavy duty Cleveland block available by next year. I've got my eye on one of those for myself, no word from the designer in a while, he had to stop broadcasting info in the internet because competitors were stealing his ideas.

Mark McKeown of MME in Maryland is offering Cleveland crate engines, highly recommended.

With everybody buying stroker kits, the stock cranks are also readily available on e-bay. Heads are constantly sold on e-bay too, normally in pairs. Be aware that the combustion chamber volume is different between 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973-1974. If your motor is truly a Boss 351, it should have 1971 size combustion chambers.
