Clutch MC

It looks like it is four studs and three bolts.  I remove the gas pedal and brake booster before pulling the pedal box.  It comes out easier with a helper in the cabin guiding the pedals around obstacles.  Before reinstalling you might want to notch the car's sheetmetal to ease the installation.  Here is a posting about the notches.  I have notches on both sides.

Thanks for the information.  I guess I'll get to it on the weekend.  As a last resort, I used my induction heater on the stuck pin and whereas this has always worked on huge bolts and exhaust stuff, the clutch master C. lever pin is rock hard stuck.  I hate brake fluid. it finds its way on everything!

Just unscrew the rod from the clevis and leave the pin in. Take the clevis off the new master and screw the rod into the old clevis.

Make sure you take some measurements to get stroke distance correct.

You are right, will try. If moves easy will do. I did this on my TVR  but easier access.  Thank you!

I imagine its rust. 50% ATF/50% acetone works well. I'd explore every avenue before pulling the pedal box.

Did I say what a fantastic looking trunk you have ?? ( the car I mean)

Thanks.!   I like the Hall Pantera stainless piece over the radiator. That was another job to get it to fit without hitting the hood. Grinding, cutting,  holes etc. Now the car looks complete.  Clutch Master is still "stuck" but getting to it soon.  (Hope)

...To Remove a Stuck PIN, after overnight with WD-40.

Use the Smallest of 'C' Clamps, with a smaller pin at the Screw End, And, use small socket at the opposing end, for Clearance, to move the Pin, INTO! The Clamp will Drive it out!

It's best if you take the seat out. Lay on your back with a LED Flashlight....Get Comfortable!
