Just got a compressor a few months ago using it along the way, but today went to start it up again with the start/on button and it won’t turn over. Not sure why it would have froze up from just sitting there about 3 weeks with no use. The fan wheel moves about 1/4 inch when I hit the button, but thats about it. Any ideas?

Read the specs, dual capacitor start. This is typical of a cacitor failure. Open the case where the start button is and see if you can get the numbers off of the capacitors.
You can email Harbor freight but I don't think that they keep parts for these. Maybe, but I don't think so.
If you get the number, go to the WWGrainger web site and cross reference it. Chances are they will have it. Then just find a close Graingers.

Thanks guys. Harbor Frieght ordered another capacitor, so when it arrives I will see if it works. The day prior to it not starting I had run it quite a while for polishing, so maybe I burned it out or something. Althought the website shows dual capacitor, the parts book that came with it only shows one. Maybe it is in one unit or something.
