The one in the video is InnoV8 Race Engine's Stage 3 engine and is good for 620 horsepower and 450 ft-lbs of torque, from an 8-stack equipped Coyote 5.0. They are trying to sell the fact that they can rev to 8200 RPM when the stock 2012 5.0 Mustang goes to about 6,900 RPM. If you want to rev that high, buy it. Stock, the motor is rated at 412+ horsepower @ 6500 rpm and 390 ft.-lb.+ of torque @ 4250 rpm.

The supercharged Coyote crate motor from Edelbrock is rated at 700HP @ 7000RPM and 606 ft/lbs TQ at 4500 RPM. Check out their published power curve. I call that impressive. InnoV8 engine's price point for their stage 3 better be competative.



Roush sells a 600HP supercharged Coyote motor starting just under $19k.
We have been playing around lots with ours on the dyno. Its currently making 437 at the tire with more to be had once I have another spare few hours on the dyno to play with the cams again. This is still the base 5.0 coyote with Free flowing intake and exhaust and a Vi-Pec ecu. Its still building power at 6300 RPM and we typically shift at 7200 RPM when we are drag racing with it. It is so easy to make 700 HP with these motors. I have a laugh when we get the supercharged 5.0's and 4.6's on the dyno any they are making the power of a stock coyote. It really puts things into perspective. If anyone buys one of these I would stay well away from the controls pack. The new ford ECU's are notoriously difficult to tune and are not nearly as versatile as others that are available.
