This reflects upon the morality of the person, persons or business complicit in this act of thievery. My opinion of today's Lamborghini is much lower now. In fact my opinion of the entire Audi organization shall suffer due to this. Are Audi's management no more than corporate pirates that believe they are above the law? Do they believe they can trample over the rights of an individual without consequences?

The fact that they plagiarized your design validates the top level of your design skills.

I once had a discussion with someone who was familiar with copyrights.

He said that you can take virtually anything, and if you can make three distinctive changes to it, you can copyright it.

Contact them! Tell them you consider this your design, and you're willing to work with them. You maybe don't have a water tight legal claim, but if they get serious on this design, they'd rather have you "inside pissing out than outside pissing in". That means either a job, consultancy work or some compensation. Yes one car would be good compensation, ridiculously cheap for them.

If they produce it, I'll buy it, but only if you get treated fairly

I to find your design more to my tastes, that said, plagiarism in today's automobile market is, "unfortunately commonplace". The blatant disregard for " copyrighted material" is everywhere, unfortunately too, our current court system is a disgrace.

It really is amazing, and you should feel great about it. It's a beautiful design. However, they haven't produced it yet, so all they'd have to do is make a few changes to get around it. Also, you'd have to prove they copied it. Short story the legal fees would be a killer, and not worth it.

This is the best looking Lamborghini concept in the last 30+ years. I hope they build it.
