In the process of wiring a Duraspark II. The wiring diagram I am referencing indicates a blue resistor wire to be connected from ign. switch to tab 86 on the relay; my vehicle does NOT have the light blue resistor wire; instead it has a combination red/pink wire. My thinkng is the pink wire is the same as the blue wire, and should be connected to tab 86. The red wire of the red/pink wires goes to fuse 10. The large red wire from the ignition switch will be connected to the "S" starter relay. I also have a smaller red wire that reaches the relay area and has continuity with the pink wire. Where does it belong, is it needed, or am I following a previous owner's revised wiring?
