Engine Side Cover Mounting Details

What year is your car? Only 73 and newer have a tab there , otherwise it is only the two rear screws that hold it on the body. If yours is 73 or newer the tab has a plastic nut that snaps in and screws the cover to the tab.

Thanks for info. Is there a specific part number associated with this plastic nut as I have not seen it shown in any of the parts manuals or diagrams? Can anyone post a photo of their 73 mounting detail? Any additional information would be appreciated!

Is this fastener used? If not, can someone provide a part number or photo of how the screen mounts to the tab shown above? My'72 firewall was removed years ago (by one of our vendors who will go nameless) and replaced with a '73 firewall with the tabs shown. Unfortunately, no holes were provided in the tabs and I don' have enough information to know the correct method and parts for mounting the '73 style engine screen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
