Was at the Huntington Beach Veterans Car Show today, and saw this. Kind of looked nice but don't know much about them.

I think the GTM is a bit roomier and supposedly more refined, but that's really down to how the builder finishes it.

Although a bit rawer I'd opt for the SLC or an Ultima..... actually I opted for the Ultima, but that was prior to the SLC being available. If I was doing it now I'd go for RCR's LMP1 and head straight to the track.

FWIW, I sat in an FFR GTM at Monterey a couple years ago and was not impressed with the "feel" of the interior. It could have been a matter of the seats the owner chose, but I found that visibility in all directions was very poor. Seating was so low I looked straight forward, but not down the front hood - couldn't see the front of the car from the driver's seat. There were other ergonomic issues with the car's interior, but I imagine those could all be customized by the owner to his liking.

The long and short of it was that I was interested in building a GTM, until I sat in it. No longer on my wish list. Like buying a Pantera, try one on first as I'm sure they all fit differently.
