Fuel filler extension

I am looking for a fuel filler extension. It looks like Precision Pro Formance in socal makes one, but their phone number is disconnected. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I would probably start with Don Byars at fullthrottlepanteras.com. Precision Pro-Formance basically closed after late brother Bob passed a few years back. But also, Precision Pro-Formance always seemed to get many of their aftermarket parts from the same source as Hall, FWIW.
