Gapless Piston Rings

I wana use gapless piston rings.
Please do you have any suggestions for good quality gapless rings ? First rings are 5/64 oil 3/16

problems with ring flutter when using both compression rings gapless. the 2nd ring needs to be conventional style and the gap not tight near minimum, leave it open some for pressure to relieve between the top & 2nd ring
