Just noticed that a 1990 GT5S that has been for sale in the UK for £65,000 has been sold.
That is $128,842.

I've since learnt that it may not have sold at all - and that the owner was just 'testing the market'.

The car was for sale. The owner is the garage owner also, and it is his personal car. he travelled to take part in the Bristol auto Moto festival with us in april and it was his first drive of the Pantera in a year. He decided after that not to sell. he likes the car to much.
In the last few weeks however another 1990 GT5S has been sold to an Australian buyer for 58k sterling pounds.
I can also tell you that another De Tomaso Drivers Club UK member has just very recently turned down an offer of 68k Sterling pounds for his 1990 GT5S. This offer again came from Australia! So farin the last two years, four of the 21 RHD GT5S cars in the UK have gone to Aussie and New Zealand.
