headlamp motor stopped functioning - help please

went to take out the car tonight and the headlights would not pop up. Tried the knob to activate manually...that worked(not seized). Checked fuses...all fine. Could it be the light switch or ignition switch? Where would the door motor relay be located? Thanks.

found the problem. Power was not passing through the ignition switch. Wiggled the key and voila....the lights popped up.
