Prior to disassembly of the head light moter mechanism it worked fine. Once I put it back together the relay just clatters. I checked the continuity of the wires, ground, switches, and relay by it self. All these seem to work. I also checked the polarity of the motor feed voltage and found that it does indeed change from positive to negative. What would cause the relay to flutter?
