Here it actually depends on the intended useage of the car.
The useage would determine where the rpm range is operated the most.
That effects the intake manifold.
That victor is streetable but not really a street manifold.
It is really intended to matched (ported) to your particular set up (cam, ports, etc, ect) on a flow bench.
It also is going to stick up past the Pantera Screen.
It probably is going to be just a little bit flat till over 4000rpm, maybe 3500.
It's a tall Torker really.
It will scream at 8-8500 rpm. That's it's domain

The tall Torker was a Scorpion. The Victor AH-II is quite a bit different.
It's an air gap intake with no heated cross-over, has longer and smaller
cross-sectional area runners but a larger plenum. Meant for a 9.2" deck SVO
race block (has a Windsor type thermostat housing which may interfere with a
351C distributor and a Windsor rear seal area

It depends upon a lot of factors, most importantly cam timing, compression and
displacement. Mad Dog Antennuci switched from 4V heads and Strip Dominator to
C302B heads and a Roush intake (similar to the AH-II) on otherwise identical
377C strokers. He said the C302B heads and matching intake came in around
1000 RPM sooner than the iron 4V heads and Strip Dominator intake. He was
running an Isky hydraulic flat tappet cam at the time. The results aren't too
surprising since the CC302B ports are smaller resulting in higher velocity.

No dual plane intakes exist for your combination of heads and deck height.
There were 4 basic intakes designed for C302B heads on 9.2" 351C deck
height blocks:

1. Roush A331. The only intake specifically designed for C302B heads on a
351C block. Rear seal shape fits 351C blocks only and does not have a
Windsor type thermostat housing. While the Roush A331 may look much like an
A351 or B351, it is a unique casting for 9.2" deck Cleveland blocks only.

Most of the other Motorsport high port intakes are cast to permit versions
for either 9.2" or 9.5" deck height blocks. For instance, the Roush A351 and
B351 intakes share the same casting. The A351 is the proper designation for
a 9.5" Windsor version and B351 is the 9.2" Cleveland version. The only
difference is the final machining they receive. The basic casting is for a
9.5" Windsor or SVO block (Windsor type rear seal overhang). Milling the
manifold faces and trimming the rear seal overhang will allow it to fit a
9.2" Cleveland block. Bolt hole pads can be drilled for either 9.2" Cleveland
or a 9.5" Windsor blocks or slotted to fit both. It is not uncommon to see an
A351 converted after-the-fact into a B351 (or a C351 into a D351) and sellers
often have no idea what they have. Also, be aware there are Yates intakes
that share the same part number as a C302B intake. The A351 was this way.
The exact same A351 parts number was made for the A3/C302B high port intake
and the Yates intake. While the intakes look similar, the port location and
shapes are different.

Note there are two Ford Motorsport A331 intakes for the 9.2" deck height block.
Th one I'm referring to here is a Roush intake and has "Jack Roush Eng" cast
into on of the intake runners and the A331 part number cast into another. It
has a level carb base (A/B heights equal) and is an air gap intake like most
of the other SVO high port intakes. The other A331 is basically an Edelbrock
Torker with the lower portion of the ports filled in and has wider ports to
match the A3 heads. The Edelbrock A331 carries both the Ford Motorsport part
number (M-9424-A331) and the Edelbrock Torker part number (2760 on the under-
side of casting). It also has a canted carb pad.

2. Roush B351. Similar to the Roush A331 but has Windsor type rear seal for
use on Ford Motorsport, Dart, or Fontana race 9.2" deck height blocks. There
is also the A351 version for 9.5" deck height blocks. For C302 heads.

3. Edelbrock Victor AHII. The intake you have. Like the Roush B351, it is
designed for 9.2" deck race blocks but will bolt to a 351C block. Has a
Windsor type waterneck which may interfere with a 351C distributor. For C302
heads.

4. Edelbrock D351. 9.2" deck version of the C351 9.5" deck intake. Like
the AH-II has Windsor rear seal and waterneck. The D351 was supposed to be
geared more towards short track, the A331 and B351 towards speedways.
