IIRC when I was searching quite a few for Fiats were wrong size. The 124 Spider (or at least that was seller advertised them as) were exactly the right size. May be that other 124’s / Fiats are different. My car is at trimmers so whether the right number of slots I can’t tell you.
leea Those 72mm Fiat 850 spider defroster vents are close to the 75mm goose size and might work OK. The finger tabs are clocked 90-degrees different and not slanted and they have 9-louvers instead of 8 but will fill a hole in somebody's dashboard .

You know, someday when we have accessible 3D printing, still the best thing is just go with the 850 vents and call it a day
