Hi Lee, the size of the bulb seems reasonable for both options, but after inspecting my oem scraps again (see pics), the Ghibli seal looks to be the closer of the two, judging by the location of the bulb. 

A few of these pics show the bulb 'puffed out' with a small section of plastic tube. In the 'unpuffed' condition, it's clear that the seal gets smashed pretty well by the rear body wings/hatches.

I haven't seen anything closer than the Ghibli part anywhere, including the most likely late 60s suspects manufactured by Cicognani.  Anyone have better luck?!

Nate, thanks again, I was guessing that Ghia would have used something in common with Ghibli (more than just the city horn switch), and the lower attachment of like material looks like it will give the same kind of valley. 

Those tubes are pretty interesting ! Lee
