If you can afford it, yes the OEM master cylinder is available from all the Pantera parts vendors, and also any local Ferrari dealer as the same unit is stock on 3080series Ferraris. The mfgr, Benditalia will not sell ONLY the master cylinder so it comes as a complete assembly with a new vacuum booster, for around $500. The more practical way is to shop around all the current Pantera parts vendors for their conversion kits that utilize a domestic master cylinder and an adapter block. You may have trouble with the length of the short custom pushrod between the booster & master cylinder; if too long, it will cause the brakes to drag, then lock. Mount the unit, bleed the brakes, then unbolt the new master from the booster. If the pushrod is too long, the master will pop away from the booster some small distance- this is the amount the rod needs to be shortened.
