Mark, Is step bore 2 different bore sizes for front and back brakes? Looks like/maybe larger bore is closest to booster? Then rear brakes have higher pressure? What does the "dual sevro" booster mean?

It looks like a good approach, thanks for the pic.

Stock master cylinder isn't an impressive system for an up-grade, after removing it to get a good look, I decide not to replace it with a factory one. Thanks.

I wanted something complementary to a mid-engine sports car ... so I designed this version of tandem brake hydraulics. This uses modified Tilton master cylinders and balance bar. (plumbing is temporary)

Mounts to original vacuum booster with clearance for hood.

Adjustable front to back brake pressure without proportioning valve.

Lightweight, compact design, 90% aluminum.

Integrated brake light switch.

Simple hydraulic pumping.

Brooke, 4 days of CAD, 4 days of machining, a few days of debug. Another day to re-design and machine another the push-rod and add the brake switch. The original master cylinder failed on 5/24, I was back on the road 6/15. 2 pairs of master cylinders before I got the size correct. Excellent support from Tilton's Product Engineer Tim.
