Motorcraft part

I have a Motorcraft part that come with the car when i bought it. It is new but i dont know what it is for. The numbers on the part are:
DY-166-B
D5AZ-12A199-C
S5-1
Can anybody tell me what the part is used for?

If part # is correct that part should be an Ignition module for early 70's up to late. Don't think it's for your pantera!
